An authentic finca which has been restored and enlarged and is now equipped with all modern conveniences. The house has been furnished in a very personal style.

Description:

In the main building there is a spacious living room with fireplace, open kitchen and dining area, two double bedrooms (one with double bed), a mezzanine and a large bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. In addition, facing the communal terrace there is an outbuilding with a large double bedroom, a small bedroom for two persons as well as a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The terrace is partly covered and offers an uninterrupted view over land and sea and at night a splendid view of the lights of Ibiza.

Further:

The house is cleaned before the arrival of the guests and once a week towels and linen are changed. The house is equipped with a cistern (water tank) which is regularly checked.

Descripción:

La casa principal tiene un salón grande con chimenea, una cocina abierta con comedor, 2 dormitorios (de los cuales uno tiene una cama de matrimonio), un entresuelo, un gran cuarto de baño con ducha, bidé, lavabo y retrete. La terraza está parcialmente cubierta y da al campo y al mar y sobre todo por la noche tiene vistas maravillosas a las luces de Ibiza.

Se limpia la casa antes de la llegada de los inquilinos y una vez a la semana se dan toallas y sábanas limpias. La casa tiene una cisterna que se controla regularmente. Se utilizan bombonas de gas para cocinar. Electricidad: 220 / 240 voltio.

Im Haupthaus befinden sich ein großer Wohnraum mit Kamin, eine offene Küche mit Essecke, zwei Doppelzimmer (eines davon mit Doppelbett), ein Zwischengeschoss und ein großes Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken, Bidet und WC. Außerdem gibt es, nahe der gemeinschaftlichen Terrasse, ein Außengebäude mit einem kleinen Schlafraum für 2 weitere Personen. Die Terrasse ist teilweise überdacht, und bietet einen uneingeschränkten Blick auf Land und Meer. Während der Nacht genießen Sie von hier aus einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Lichter der Nachbarsinsel Ibiza.

Sonstiges:

Das Haus ist mit einer Zisterne ausgerüstet (Wasserbehälter) die regelmäßig überprüft wird.

The house can be rented also completely, because the two houses can be connected with the help of a gateway door.
