The house has wide-ranging, enviable views over a glistening Mediterranean towards the other Balearic island of Formentera. It's situated on a hillside 1 km west of Es Cubells.

The entrance level: Hallway area, 2 bedrooms with a shared balcony, terrace & double beds in each room, 2 bathrooms, a further bedroom with 2 single beds. The lower level: Galley-style kitchen, adjoining utility room with washing machine & ironing board, a further bedroom with 2 single beds, an additional bathroom with double sink & shower over the bath, large living room area with 2-seater sofa, 4-seater sofa, fireplace, dining table for 8 to 10 people. The upper level consists of a small landing area with a door leading onto the large roof terrace. The Pool & the terraces: 5 terraces, private pool (6 x 3 m).

Primera planta: 2 dormitorios (cama matrimonial) y terraza, 2 baños, un dormitorio más.   Segunda planta: Cocina, habitación con lavadora y tabla de planchar, un dormitorio, un baño, salón grande con sofás para 2 personas y para 4 personas, chimenea, mesa para 8-10 personas.    Tercera planta: Terraza pequeña.   Piscina y terraza: 5 terrazas en toda la casa. La piscina (6 x 3 m) y ofrece maravillosas vistas al mar y a la isla de Formentera.

Die Anlage liegt im exklusiven Südwesten der Insel, hoch oben auf einem Hügel und verfügt über ein großes Grundstück und eine herrliche Aussicht über das kristallklare Mittelmeer sowie auf die Insel Formentera.

Eingangsbereich: Flur, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und eigener Terrasse, 2 Badezimmer, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.   Obergeschoß: Küche, Raum mit Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett, ein weiterer Raum mit 2 Einzelbetten, ein zusätzliches Badezimmer, großes Wohnzimmer mit 2-Sitzer-Sofa, 4-Sitzer-Sofa, Kamin, Eßtisch für 8-10 Leute, 2 Doppelfenster mit Blick zum Meer und zum Pool, Zugang nach draußen, Terrasse mit Eßtisch für acht Personen.  Das zweite Obergeschoß verfügt über eine kleine Terrasse.   Pool- und Terrassenbereich: Für Sonnenhungrige gibt es insgesamt fünf Terrassen mit Meerblick. Der Swimmingpool mißt 6 x 3 m und wird einmal wöchentlich gereinigt.
